- · Assist the resident psychiatrist in developing treatment programs and practical therapies for patients with varying levels of lunacy or progressive cognitive loss and depression.
- · Monitor patient’s responses to administered treatment program, document and report any behavioral changes or improvements.
- · Assist in the health care of lobotomized patients confined to mental institutions
- · Meet with patient’s families and relatives, social workers and other therapists to ascertain root causes of mental derangement.
- · Administer psychiatric assessment of disturbed and problematic children.
- · Maintain database of patients and assist the Psychiatrist in outsourcing transcription of recorded psychoanalytic sessions.

- · High level of patience and tolerance with difficult patients
- · Excellent oral communication skills
- · Excellent psychological and interpersonal skills dealing with mental patients.
