Responsibilities as an HR Specialist:
Responsible to provide HR outsourcing services to client organizations Hong Kong Shinghai Bank Corporation, ICI Pakistan Limited, Engro Foods, Pakistan PTA Limited, Gillette Pakistan which includes:
• Preparation /Maintenance of Employee Records: Responsible for timely preparation and accurate maintenance of HRS employee records as per the HRS Standard Operating Procedures, manually as well as on Human Resource Information Management System, ensuring complete confidentiality of personnel data
• Payroll Input Processing / Management: Ensure accurate and timely /management of payroll input in accordance with the company’s approved policy / procedures and statutory requirements. Receive requisite information from the client, validate and instruct HR Benefits, Payroll & Billing department accordingly.
• Employee Relations: Responsible for day to day communication with HRS employees deputed to perform duties at client’s site. Also deal with line manager/HR coordinators of HRS client organization(s).
• Retention & Development of existing clients: Maintain high levels of customer services at all times thereby ensuring Retention & Development of existing clients and employees of HRS.
