I have been able to achieve following experience or knowledge about the HR field as follows;

• Be able to maintain employees’ data and sorting it as per HR requirements like; management and non management employees and then grade wise accordingly. Also maintaining computerized data on
IBM-AS-400 system.
• Be able to look for new courses for organization employees as per need and requirement of the time and making a list of the same. For example if not the course ‘one’ then the other be second choice. Because sometimes the both courses are of almost same nature but price difference may be the concern of management.
• Be able to collect data/market prices to negotiate with the service provider or vendor of some discipline like; mobile phones, transport vans, vehicle tracker system, new cars for employees, new courses for the employees for outside training by bringing analytical skills in use.
• Be able to predict the training & development need of our organization through internal discussions/surveys of different sections along with Training and ISO department.
• Be able to review and monitor company policies as per current market demand of our own like sector and make a proposed plan for the future. Like; having in view that if the turn over of our organization is a bit high then collecting the data from similar organizations through internal sources for compensations and benefits and comparing it with our offerings. Sometimes it happened through third party surveys.
• Be able to communicate and the company policies to the employees and make sure to get these implemented properly.
• Be able to negotiate time to time problems without pressure diverting up the hierarchy like; company managed transport related problems, like a vehicle getting breakdown at once then merging two routes in one appropriately without creating much inconvenience to the passengers saving time and money. Arranging some urgent material for canteen at once which is a must but it has to be provided by commercial department.
• Be able to deal with government agency officials concerning the matters like; EOBI, Social Security, District Council, Local Government.
• Be able to attend the security plan meetings with the nearby organizations like, Honda Motorcycles, ICI, Nestle Pakistan, Atlas Power etc.
• Be able to activate and monitor CSR activities being member of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Committee;
o Free Eye and Medical camp once a week each, at plant site for the community of vicinity.
o Vocational course for deserving women of the area once a year
o Running/maintaining water purification plants in the vicinity of plant site, 3-locations
o To keep the environment green, arranging plantation of trees at plant site
o Coordination for relief goods by company for the victims of natural disaster like; earthquake, floods etc.
• Be able to make VSM (Vending Service Men) arrangements, mostly from abroad for boarding and lodging at plant site residence.
• Be able to make arrangements of Annual Turnaround (to handle the extra manpower about 2000 people), by arranging outsourced residences and meals.
• Be able to manage events like; (Annual Sports, Free Blood Donation Camps, Union Agreement Function, Women Sports etc.). By making arrangements for events; getting the playgrounds/venues ready for events, refreshments at venues through canteen staff. Proper house keeping through janitorial staff.
