Professional Experience
Served in Pakistan Military worked at G-I SENIOR MANAGEMENT position for almost 18 years in the fields of Research and Analysis Wing / Administration management / HR / Logistics. Writing monthly / bi-monthly / quarterly / year Intelligence reports, periodicals, reviews with collation files, daily newspaper clippings, weekly / monthly magazines of national / international media and information received from all covert sources. Besides provide support to the Senior Finance & Administration Management in areas of induction, recruitment, employee relations, policies, job descriptions and evaluation, staff development, pay/remuneration, performance management and employee induction / reduction policies. Ensure the provision of a quality service and consistency in the implementation of HR policies. Major Key responsibilities include:
• Provide Coordination, administration and PLANNING support
• Served as INVENTORY & SUPPLY SUPPORT officer during Afghan war, coordinate functioning's of supply arms / ammo inventory and supply to Afghan mujaheedins at Peshawar office, all administration procedures and functions with other departments / directorates / govt offices / foreign embassies and in all emergency operations through out the country. I was the coordination officer at Peshawar officer during Afghan War, later in Karachi operation, coordination officer in Command-and-Control (CAC) operational room at time of Kargil war.
• Technical Officer with inventory holdings at field offices. Inventory items included office equipments / furniture's / intelligence equipments / arms & ammo / computer items / transports serviceability, maintenance, movements, allocation of vehicles, daily movement vehicle charts, workshop liaison, purchasing of equipments from national international markets, data compilation of inventory registers and records, renewal of inventory cards
